They have committed to compliance with applicable data protection regulations towards us. Data processing agreements according to Art. 28 GDPR have been concluded.
Depending on the nature, scope, and other details of the collaboration, it may occur that your personal data, such as your name, professional position, and/or contact details (email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, etc.), are also disclosed to third parties. Data is disclosed exclusively in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

Transmission of various personal data occurs to processing banks or payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price (if direct debit, payment by automated online payment system such as PayPal or Sofortüberweisung, or another form of automated payment is agreed), to the transport company or shipping company commissioned by us for the purpose of delivering the goods, and to our tax consultant for the purpose of fulfilling our tax obligations.
Data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96(3) TKG and Art. 6 GDPR (especially consent and/or necessity for contract fulfillment).
Social Media
We maintain online presences within social networks and platforms to communicate with active customers, interested parties, and users and to inform them about our services. The terms and data processing policies of the respective operators apply when accessing these networks and platforms.
Unless otherwise specified in our privacy policy, we process user data if they communicate with us within social networks and platforms, e.g., by writing posts on our online presences or sending us messages.
Consent and Right of Withdrawal
If your consent is required for the processing of your data, we will process it only after your express consent. In principle, we do not process data of minors and are not authorized to do so. By giving your consent, you confirm that you have reached the age of 14 or that the consent of your legal representative exists.

Google employs cookies. The information generated by the cookie about the use of the online offering by users is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
The IP address transmitted by the user's browser is not merged with other Google data. Users can prevent the storage of cookies by setting their browser software accordingly; users can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to their use of the online offering to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.
